I am Monica Shepherd. A young woman of many talents in a wellness capacity. I am a Social Worker, a Praise Dancer, a Yoga instructor for adults and children that provides and empower individuals to enhance quality of life through yoga and meditation. Some include: Yin Yoga, Meditation, Journaling, Affirmations, Mantras, Mindful Movement, and Breath-Work. Acinom Yoga mission is to provide a community space that welcomes and promotes body awareness. Additionally, to provide mind, body, and soul healing and wellness to those seeking to practice yoga.
